Total Drama Action

Total Drama Action is the second season of the Total Drama series. This season's challenges are base off movie plots, and the site where all the madness shall be held will be at an abandoned studio lot. This season, the grand prize is one million dollars. Forty-two days, with fourteen campers, for one grand prize. When eliminated, the loser must walk across the Red Carpet of Shame onto the Lame-o-sine.

The only known information about the show being shown on Cartoon Network is being known that it will be shown in summer 2009, while the Teletoon version aired on January 11, 2009 (it has been viewable online since January 8th, but only to Canadian viewers due to a geo-fencing program preventing non-Canadian IP addresses access to videos on Teletoon).

Only fourteen of the original Total Drama Island cast are returning as competitors in this season because of the incident in Total Drama, Drama, Drama, Drama Island. They are Gwen, Harold, Owen, Duncan, Lindsay, E-Scope, Beth, Geoff, Leshawna, Bridgette, Trent, Justin, Heather, and DJ. Courtney, Noah, Ezekiel, Sadie, Katie, Eva, Tyler, and Cody will not be returning as competitors (at least at first). It is speculated that Courtney will have some sort of significant role in Total Drama Action since she is seen with the other fourteen contestants in many TDA media (Except for the show itself).
